To use a NEYRO agent, you first connect a Web3 wallet from the NEYRO section of the Aurum Back Office. The exact connection buttons can change with the live interface, but the logic is the same: choose an offered wallet method, verify the address/network, approve the connection, then return to NEYRO to select the agent and allocate capital.
MetaMask, WalletConnect and Trust Wallet: what is the difference?
MetaMask is a Web3 wallet that can connect directly when the interface offers a MetaMask option. WalletConnect is a connection protocol that lets a website create a secure session with a compatible mobile wallet. Trust Wallet can use WalletConnect when both the wallet and the live NEYRO/Aurum interface support that connection path.
A connection request is not the same thing as transferring funds. Later steps can require signatures or on-chain transaction approvals. Read each wallet prompt before confirming.
Use only the official Aurum/NEYRO interface
Check the wallet address shown after connection
Check the selected network before a transaction
Never enter your seed phrase into a website
Read transaction/permission prompts before signing
Desktop vs mobile connection
On desktop, a browser wallet such as MetaMask may open directly as an extension. For a mobile wallet, WalletConnect commonly displays a QR code or deep link that you approve inside the wallet app. On mobile, using the wallet’s built-in browser or a WalletConnect session may be more reliable than switching repeatedly between apps.
After the wallet is connected
A successful connection should show your wallet address in the NEYRO/Aurum interface. From there, open the agent page, review current information, allocate capital and approve only the necessary wallet actions. If the displayed address is not yours, disconnect immediately.
Step by step
Open the official Back Office
Go to the official Aurum Back Office and open NEYRO.
Choose Connect Wallet
Use only the wallet methods shown in the current live interface.
Select your method
Choose MetaMask directly if offered, or WalletConnect for a compatible mobile wallet.
Approve the connection in your wallet
Verify the requesting domain/session and the address you are connecting.
Verify address and network
Before allocating capital, make sure the correct wallet/account and network are active.
Open Quantum Alpha
Select the agent, review current terms and continue with capital allocation only after the wallet connection is correct.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Trust Wallet?
If the live NEYRO/Aurum interface offers WalletConnect and your Trust Wallet version supports the session, Trust Wallet can generally connect through that route. Always follow the options shown in the live interface.
Does connecting a wallet give away my seed phrase?
No legitimate wallet connection should require you to type your seed phrase into the site. Keep the recovery phrase offline and private.
Why does the wrong wallet address appear?
You may have selected a different account inside MetaMask/your wallet. Disconnect, select the intended account, reconnect and verify the address before signing transactions.
